BRIQUETTING MACHINES

The BRIQUETTE press is a hydraulic compactor designed for reduce volume of processing waste.

All materials ore difficult in different ways, just as the waste volume is different. In any case, we can affirm that the solid cylinder or Briquette, obtained from compaction, makes the storage, transport and re-use of various materials easier and cost-saving.
Besides the Briquette is a very good combustible with a caloric power from 3.500 and 3.800 Kcal/Kg.

The Briquette press is suitable for compacting various materials:
All kinds of sawdust - light and heavy — min.- max moisture 8 - 14%, cork dust and bark, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyurethane, rubber, plastic, yarn fluff, off-cuts of natural fibre and synthetic or mixed fabrics, emery powder or scrapings from hides, paper, coffee husk, etc..

N.B.: All the engines installed on our machines are classified in IE-2 (High Efficiency) as indicated by Directive 2009/125/CE an regulation CE Nr. 640/2009 of 22.07.2009 in force since 16.06.2011.
