Information note pursuant to Leg. Dec. 196/2003 “Personal data protection code“.

In compliance with art. 13 of Leg. Dec. 196/03, we inform you that Prodeco S.r.l. handles your personal data to fulfil obligations related to the economic activities of the company and, in particular, contract obligations, respecting civil, fiscal and health laws. The data will be recorded, organised and stored in electronic and /or paper archives.

In compliance with art. 11 of Leg. Dec. 196/03, the data will be handled with or without the use of electronic means, according to the principles of correctness, legitimacy and transparency, in order to protect the privacy and rights of the interested party at all times.

All personal data collected within this process is strictly functional to the optimal performance of the services requested. The collection of data, such as that which is essential to identifying the customer, is compulsory according to the contract laws in force. Failure to collect the data will make it impossible to follow up on your request.

Personal data is handled by employees or persons assigned to the task by Prodeco S.r.l., who require its knowledge to perform their duties. It can also be communicated and distributed, where necessary, for the purposes listed below, to our trusted data handling centre, to banks, financial institutes, insurance companies, to our law firm, to our trusted work consultant and tax consultant, to our branches, to forwarding companies, to tertiary and consulting companies, to our collaborators, agents and representatives.

The data can also be handled to send (via e-mail, fax or post) commercial offers.

Data is provided free and voluntarily, but failure to provide the essential data (marked with an *) can result in the impossibility to fulfil your request.

Prodeco S.r.l., with registered office in Flero (Bs) Italy, via Francesco Lana, 39, is the entity in charge of data handling.

The individuals to whom the data refers are entitled to exercise their rights according to art. 7 of Leg. Dec. 196/03 and, in particular, the right to access their personal data, request its rectification, updating or cancellation, if incomplete, wrong, or collected illegally, as well as to oppose its handling for legitimate reasons, by forwarding their requests to Prodeco S.r.l., the entity in charge of data handling, with registered office in Flero (Bs) Italy, Via Francesco Lana, 39.
